Payment Methods

Get Hard Direct accepts the following secure payment methods for your convenience. Your privacy and transaction security are our highest priorities.

PayPal

Securely pay through your PayPal account at checkout. By selecting the PayPal option, you can complete your purchase of our erection-enhancing spray using your existing balance or linked funding sources.

  • Confirmation: After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from both PayPal and Get Hard Direct.

  • Support: If you encounter issues or need to provide additional details, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and PayPal transaction ID.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for all product purchases.

  • Privacy & Security: To ensure your absolute privacy, our system automatically encrypts your payment details during checkout and immediately purges sensitive data after processing. We do not save your credit card information on our servers.

  • Discreet Billing: For your discretion, the charge on your bank statement will appear as “GHD Health” or a neutral descriptor, ensuring no mention of “erection-enhancing spray” appears on your financial records.

  • International Orders: Please note that Get Hard Direct is not responsible for any conversion fees or foreign exchange fees applied by your issuing bank for international transactions.

  • Security Code: All cards must have a valid security code (CVV) to be processed. Payments cannot be split between multiple credit cards.

Troubleshooting: “Do Not Honor” or “Failed” Payments

If you receive a “Do not honor,” “Invalid Service Code,” or “Transaction Declined” message, it indicates that your card’s issuing bank has blocked the transaction. This is common with international or wellness-related purchases as a standard security measure.

To resolve a failed payment:

  1. Contact Your Bank: Call the number on the back of your card and speak with a representative.

  2. Authorize the Transaction: Inform them that you are attempting to place an online order at getharddirect.com and request that they approve the transaction.

  3. Retry Checkout: Once the bank provides verbal authorization or lifts the restriction, you can return to our site to complete your purchase of the erection-enhancing spray.
